This is an intentional characteristic of our specialty cookies and should not be mistaken for the cookie being underbaked.

Because our cookies are handmade and freshly baked, slight variations in size, shape, color, appearance, and texture may naturally occur between batches.

FRESHNESS & STORAGE

For the best experience, we recommend enjoying your cookies as soon as possible after receiving them.

Keep cookies sealed in an airtight container or their original sealed packaging and store them in a cool, dry place.

Cookies may also be frozen to help extend freshness. Allow frozen cookies to thaw before enjoying, or gently warm them according to your preference.
